Pathfinder K-8 PTSA Fundraising Auction 2024
Moving Mountains | March 30, 2024
Our 2024 Spring fundraising event, Moving Mountains, will take place on March 30, 2024. Save the date, we’ll share more information on the details soon.
As we begin planning, we need everyone’s participation to have a successful auction for our school and community! We are looking for volunteers in different areas that can support event planning, procurement of auction items and day-of-event activities. We would love to have representation from all classes.
Auction Items Procurement
- We are focusing on larger combination packages and businesses in our community, such as:
- Trips/Experiences- timeshares, personally owned cabins/vacation homes, airline tickets, Uber rides to local experiences, hotel stays, sporting events tickets, restaurant gift cards
- Local Businesses- packages (like a salon donating services and products)
- Art- artwork, art classes, pottery, commissioned painting or photograph package
- Signed memorabilia- signed instruments, CDs, t-shirts, sports memorabilia, etc
- Other experiences- meet and greet with a celebrity, private behind-the-scenes tour activity, concert tickets, movie theater rental, birthday party packages, fine dining, private chef dinner.
- We have a list of donors who have been contacted via email— Do you have one in mind? Send it our way!
- Do you have a talent? Are you a maker? Willing to share your skills or items for auction? Let us know!

Day of event
- Know a local DJ? An auctioneer? We would love an introduction or recommendation!
- Decor Committee- help us make decorations and install them so our venue looks amazing!
- Event Support- breakdown of event, drink ticket sales, manage the Photo Booth,
