It’s Auction Time!!!!!!

For the first time in 3 long years, our annual Spring fundraising auction will be an adult-only,
in-person event! This year’s auction will take place on May 13th, at South Seattle College and it’s going to be fun!

We will eat, drink, and dance. The theme is DREAM BIG – and we need your help.

Donation ideas

We are looking for items, events, and experiences to be donated to be auctioned off.

• ITEMS – gift certificates, time at your vacation home or timeshare, art, or sports equipment new/VERY gently used
• EVENTS – tickets to sports events, the art or science museums, music shows, the zoo etc
• EXPERIENCES – BBQ dinner for a group of at your house, a day on your boat, a round of golf for 2, sleepover for 8 kids in the Library, a day at your pool, an art project for 5 kids, a cooking class, a massage or haircut etc.

The auction aims to fund more than half of the PTSA budget for the 2023/2024 school year. This budget funds many of the programs that makes Pathfinder K-8 an incredible school including: Our unique Garden Program, Experiential Camping trips for every grade level each year, supplies for our Art and Music Programs, diverse books in our classrooms and library, community events like The Harvest Festival, 5th and 8th grade graduation ceremonies and so much more! Many of the programs that make Pathfinder K-8 a special place for students and families alike are funded by the PTSA budget.

We are asking that you get creative and donate what you can. We are also asking that you reach out to people you know, or businesses you frequent, and ask if they’d be willing to support the Pathfinder K-8 community by donating an item or experience to our 2023 Auction.

• As an auction donor businesses will be promoted to more than 400 families at Pathfinder
• Donations are tax deductible (EIN #91-1598827)
• Pathfinder PTSA is a 501(c)3 organization

We are happy to discuss any donation ideas with you; nothing is too small. We promise to make the process as easy as possible. We can make arrangements to pick it up and provide you with a tax receipt id needed. We are asking that our donors fill out the donation form here: https://forms.gle/47BwzRZmcjdSGrdW7. Your donation will be automatically added to our list and you will receive a confirmation email that it has been received.
