Racial Equity Questionnaire

Greetings Pathfinder K-8 family! You may recall our questionnaire from last year. The results helped us better understand the needs of the community and guided our efforts and advocacy. This questionnaire is distinct from any of the surveys you may have completed for the Seattle Public Schools, teachers, or the PTSA. As we mentioned last year, our plan continues to be to administer this questionnaire at the end of each school year. The results of this longitudinal study helps us see the growth and change in our community over time.

By taking this *ANONYMOUS* questionnaire, you are contributing to a community that is committed to anti-racism practice. We will report the results of this questionnaire to the entire Pathfinder community. We are committed to removing any personally identifiable information in the comments we include in the report.
