Create an Account and Connect With Your Class

Hello fellow Pathfinder Community Member!

The Pathfinder K-8 PTSA website has been re-designed to better support our community and now includes private groups for each classroom.  Visit the website to see PTSA & school news, get information about events and connect with other parents in your child’s class. 

You do not need to be a member of PTSA to create an account. Here’s how to get started. 

Step 1: Get Invited

To create an account on the Pathfinder K-8 PTSA site (this site) you must first be invited either by your class coordinator or you can also email and request an invite. This invitation will allow you to create an account on the Pathfinder K-8 PTSA website so that you can connect with other Pathfinder parents and become a member of a private group for your child’s class. 

Step 2: Create an Account

  1. Click the link in the invite email
  2. Complete the form to create a new account. 
    • The email address will be pre-populated with the email address that the invitation was sent to. NOTE: email must match the invitation, you cannot enter a new email here
    • Choose and enter a new password 
    • Enter Preferred Name, First Name and Last Name (required)
    • Opt in/out of photo preferences for your child
    • Click “Create Account”
  3. Confirm your email address 
    • You will receive an email message from “Pathfinder K-8 PTSA” to activate your account 
    • Click the link in the email 
    • The link will open a new window that says “Activate Account” and asks for an activation key
    • The activation key will be pre-populated from the email link (it is the 2nd half of the link address)
    • Click “Activate”
  4. You will see a confirmation page that your account has been successfully activated
    • Click the “Log In” link at the bottom of the page
  5. On the sign in page, enter the email address and password you set earlier and click “Log In”  

Step 3: Access your Child’s Classroom Group

  1. Make sure you are logged into the website
  2. Click “Groups” on the left menu (or visit
  3. Find the group for your child’s class
  4. Click “Request Access”
